The Complete Service

Complete began as a bookstore in 1890, and from our humble beginnings, we have grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of business supplies and services.

Over the last two decades, our unrivalled portfolio of products and services has been developed around client needs. 

After many years of growth and diversification, we now operate 16 in house specialist divisions that cover almost every product and service that any company, in any sector, needs to operate effectively, all from one single supplier.

We firmly believe in insourcing our services, in end to end control, therefore we even manufacture printed products in our own production facility, we embroider garments in our own workwear production facility and we employ our own IT experts and engineers, MPS experts and engineers and our own delivery and installation teams.

Each division has its own dedicated specialist team which ensures we always deliver expert advice, quality, consistency, and end to end control, supported by our one supplier, one account manager, one invoice philosophy, a way of working that our clients really value.

Furthermore, we now operate from 20 strategically placed regional locations throughout the UK which enables us to control the quality of our deliveries, technical engineers and installation teams to ensure we deliver thousands of orders every business day nationally without fail, and over 90 percent of our deliveries are made on our fleet of commercial vehicles, by our own uniformed drivers.

We deploy our vast capabilities into helping our clients reduce the number of suppliers they have to deal with which simplifies the purchasing process, increases business efficiency and, at the same, time reduces the overall cost of procurement and carbon footprint impacts.

We pride ourselves on delivering an unrivalled experience and portfolio of services to our UK wide client base and all of our products and services are available throughout the UK to our customers who range from small, local businesses to large, multi-national blue chip companies.
